Somersworth offers the Route 108 corridor for business development, which sees a car count of close to 20,000 per day during the week. Being close to Route 16, and also geographically located in the middle of Somersworth, offers opportunity for renters throughout the region. We are fortunate to have had access to the parcel of land we currently reside on 21 years ago. For our business, visibility is key and one of the reasons why we were able to expand our business.
