Hazardous Tree Branch Trimming

City of Somersworth Department of Public Works Highway personnel will be conducting tree trimming of overhanging tree branches in conflict with City streets, sidewalks, traffic signs and Right-of-Ways on impacted locations throughout the summer and fall. Crews will be removing branches that overhang onto the stop signs/street name signs, street/sidewalk areas that could impact pedestrians, create vehicle accidents, damage City maintenance equipment used in summer and winter or hinder safe seasonal maintenance operations. Work typically is conducted from 7:30am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday.
