Request for Police Reports
If you would like a copy of an incident or accident report, please fill out the report request form. You can either send the request by emailing Jessica DeMars, mailing in through the U.S. Postal Service or by filling out the form in Dispatch in the station's lobby. The charge is $10.00 for a written report (up to 10 pages and then a $1 per page thereafter). If colored pictures are requested, it is an additional $10.00 per page page, or $25.00 for a CD. Payment for the reports are requested after the report is ready to be released. The Records Division will contact you when your report is ready to be picked up.

There is no set time for when these reports will be ready to be released. Do not expect that the report will be ready the day that the report is requested.
