The Summer Reading Program is winding down, but we've still got some fun programs up our sleeve! Children and teens are invited to join Meredith, owner of Soul Shine Tie Dye, for a morning filled with color and creativity! Soul Shine will provide all materials and instruction for each participant to twist and dye an amazing, colorful creation of their own. Drop-ins are welcome, but those who pre-register will receive a special Somersworth Public Library t-shirt to tie-dye.
