Summer is just around the corner, and we’re excited to announce the theme for the 2026 Summer Reading Program: Once Upon a Creature!
This year, we’re diving into a world of mythical beasts, magical creatures, and wild imaginations. With events and activities for all ages, the program celebrates storytelling, creativity, and a sense of wonder. From hands-on crafts to interactive adventures, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

STEP 1: Register and pick up your Summer Reading forms at the Library!
(Maple Wood and Idlehurst Elementary students will receive their Summer Reading materials at school in mid-June!)
